|Responsibilities|
1. Judge and verify investment opportunities and risks regarding the new energy/electronics/semiconductors industry chain, and assist in exploring investment projects;
2. Responsible for the whole process of evaluation, negotiation, tracking, and due diligence for proposed investment projects. This involves analyzing and calculating the target company’s industry, business model, financial status, investment highlights, investment risks, transaction structures, and exit benefits, etc., and then completing internal project reporting and approvals;
3. Participate in commercial negotiations for the investment and financing process while preparing relevant contracts, coordinating with all parties to promote project implementation;
4. Responsible for follow-up support tracking of portfolio companies, understanding their status and dynamics, reporting their recent updates and value-added support needs on a regular basis while crafting and implementing exits plans;
5. Assist in fundraising and fund management;
6. Other team tasks if required.
|Requirements|
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in economics, finance, accounting, or other related majors, with sci-tech background preferred;
2. More than five years of new energy/electronics/semiconductors-related industrial investment experience, with the strategic investment department or M&A department of large industrial groups or listed companies, or renowned PE institutions experience preferred;
3. Ability to independently conduct investment analysis, project negotiation, etc., and possess rich experience in new energy investment;
4. Familiar with finance, investment-related law, policies and regulations; familiar with new energy industry dynamics and operations;
5. Excellent social skills; strong abilities of judgment, decision-making, planning, and negotiation.
