\n4. Responsible for follow-up support tracking of portfolio companies, understanding their status and dynamics, reporting their recent updates and value-added support needs on a regular basis while crafting and implementing exits plans;

\n1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in economics, finance, accounting, or other related majors, with sci-tech background preferred;
\n2. More than five years of new energy\/electronics\/semiconductors-related industrial investment experience, with the strategic investment department or M&A department of large industrial groups or listed companies, or renowned PE institutions experience preferred;
\n3. Ability to independently conduct investment analysis, project negotiation, etc., and possess rich experience in new energy investment;
\n4. Familiar with finance, investment-related law, policies and regulations; familiar with new energy industry dynamics and operations;
